What is the typical work schedule?

Full-time availability is required Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Most cleaning days begin around 8:30 AM and finish around 4:30 PM, although the exact finish time varies based on the day's schedule. Some days may finish earlier, while others may require availability later. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

Will I work alone or with a team?

Our cleaning technicians primarily work independently in clients’ homes and usually build a regular group of recurring clients over time. You’ll have an office and field-support team available when you need help, and technicians may occasionally help one another when needed.

What do I need to wear?

We provide your Sparkling Clean uniform shirt. Cleaning technicians are expected to wear plain black pants and black tennis shoes while working.

Do I need professional cleaning experience?

No professional cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training to teach you our cleaning system, products, quality standards, and how to manage your day successfully.

Do I need my own vehicle or cleaning supplies?

You’ll need a reliable, insured vehicle to travel between clients’ homes during the workday. Sparkling Clean provides the professional cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed to complete your jobs.
